Do I need a referral from my doctor?

Not at all! You can call and schedule directly with us. Chiropractors are entry level providers, which means you don't need anyone's permission to start feeling better.

Will I have to keep coming forever?

This is one of the most common concerns we hear, and the answer is simple: you're in complete control. Once our patients begin to feel better, most choose to continue with wellness/maintenance care because they love how they feel, and research shows it helps prevent re-injury. But there's absolutely no pressure—you decide what's right for you.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, and we work with most major insurance plans in our area including UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Medicare, Devoted,UCHealth, and UMR (if you do not see your insurance listed, please call our office to see if yours is accepted). We'll verify your coverage and explain your benefits at your first visit so there are no surprises.

Can you help someone who's had back surgery?

In most cases, yes! We'll review your surgical history and adapt our approach to work safely with your body. Even if we need to avoid the surgical area, we can often still treat other parts of your spine to provide relief.

How quickly will I feel better?

Everyone's different, but most of our patients start noticing improvement somewhere between their first visit and within three weeks. It depends on how long you've been dealing with the problem and what you've tried before. We'll give you a realistic timeline during your consultation.
